The Super Falcons of Nigeria are looking set to take on the Scorpions of Gambia later today during Africa Women Cup of Nations.
The Falcons had their training session at the Fifa Goal Project (Technical Training Centre), Banjul on Monday ahead of the qualifier first leg meeting with the Queen Scorpions of Gambia.
On Tuesday morning, the Falcons also kicked off training session by 9am local time (10am NGA time) at the Fifa Goal Project pitch, Yundum.
Nigeria High Commissioner to Gambia, Amb Oluwasegun Ibidapo – Obe, paid the Falcons a courtesy visit and took time to watch the Super Falcons train at the Independence Stadium, Bakau, Gambia.
During the training, Faith Ikidi and Ordega looked shape and fit for the game while Sweden-based Josephine Chukwunonye sat out due to injury.
The Falcons will be hoping to secure all three points over the Scorpions of Gambia later today.
