In view of religious leaders of various Faith looking for alternative means of worship for its members in order to curb the spread of the Covid-19, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo is trending on social media as he reminds his members not to forget to pay their offerings via online and this has sparked reactions among users.
There is a viral video of Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo telling his Members to pay their offerings online, trending on social media platforms, and this has prompted Nigerians to back lash the Pastor of the KICCC church.
In the video he seen, telling his followers, that the church office will be open for any questions though, they will keep safe, adding that if any of his members behave questions on how to pay their offerings online , they could call in and find out.

Owning to this, Nigerians lost their chills, stating that the pandemic has caused loads of financial constraints on the populace and as well has threatened the economic growth of some Countries and people are struggling to survive.
Some argued that the online offerings was insensitive due to the fact that, some people are looking for ways to alleviate the suffering of others by helping out through donations of reliefs, crediting accounts, giving equipment to hospitals, e.tc.
