Chelsea star, Cesc Fabregas has sent a parting dig towards Antonio Conte as the Italian finally lost his job on Thursday following months of speculation, with former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri set to take over the reins from his compatriot at Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
The Spanish midfielder was caught liking a tweet on social media that read;
“Yessssssssss Conte gonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.”
Obviously he was happy to see him go
The two reportedly endured a mixed relationship during the Italian’s second season at the club.
Fabregas played a big role in the club’s title success in his first season, but he fell out of favour last season.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder has been known to be very active on social media in the past and has made his feelings public before, making subtle comments about Conte whilst working as a pundit during the World Cup.
This is not the first time a player has made their feelings towards Conte clear on social media. Willian covered the Italian with emojis on Instagram so he was blanked out of a picture from the FA Cup final.
