Nigerian midfielder and Super Eagles captain, Mikel John Obi on Friday urged his former club, Chelsea to clinch their eighth FA Cup title as they battle Manchester United in the final on Saturday, May 19 2018.
Ahead of the final, the Blues will be aiming to win their only trophy of the season when they take on Manchester United at Wembley on Saturday evening.
The Tianjin Teda midfielder is looking to see the Stamford Bridge outfit nick their first title this term
Mikel, who is hoping Antonio Conte’s men can beat Jose Mourinho’s team to the trophy, played a vital role as Chelsea won the title in 2007, 2009 and 2012 before he joined Chinese Super League side Tianjin Teda in January 2017.
The 31-year-old took to his Twitter official handle to wish his former club good luck ahead of the final.
His tweet reads;

It could be recalled that Mikel won the Premier League twice, Champions League, Europa League and four FA Cup titles during his 10-year stay with the Blues and played in three of the finals.
