Eden Hazard first half goal was all the Blues needed to lift the Emirate FA Cup after they beat Manchester United 1-0 at Wembley to win the trophy for the 8th time.

The Blues broke the deadlock 21 minutes into the game as Hazard latched on to Fabregas’ pinpoint ball over the top and takes it in stride perfectly. Jones desperately tries to stop the strike, but brings down the Belgian. Referee Michael Oliver points to the spot.

The Belgian steps forward, picks his spot and slot his effort into the bottom corner, sending De Gea the wrong way to give Chelsea the lead. A composed finish from the Belgian.

63 minutes on, United scores as Rashford lifts the ball into the box and Jones heads low towards the bottom corner. Courtois makes a brilliant save to deny the defender, although Sanchez slides to fire home on the rebound. The Chilean’s celebrations was cut short immediately as the offside flag was up.

And the Blues were crowned champions at the end of the whistle.
