Two great headers from Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba was all Manchester United needed to seal a 2-0 victory over Chelsea during their FA Cup clash at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea kicked off the game with strong zeal to conquer United, dominating the whole field.
With 31 minutes on the clock, the Blues gave Pogba far too much space on the left to swing in a cross, picking out Herrera who ghosted in unmarked at the far post to head United in front.
A perfect delivery from Pogba, the assist provider, making it seem too easy for the Red Devils.
On the stroke of half time, United doubled their lead.
Pogba at the scoring end this time with a diving header just under Kepa on the end of a lovely delivery from Rashford.
A powerful header from the Frenchman, Kepa was expected to keep that out but failed.
Obviously, wasn’t a game for Chelsea as they failed to prove a point and Sarri will be gnashing his teeth, wondering how to fix the team.
For United, its a perfect response to the defeat against PSG that had many wondering if they will fall apart following that result.
