Arsenal were left in disarray in Sunday’s late Premier league game as three first half goals helped City stroll to victory at the Emirates Stadium.
Manchester City began the game in stunning fashion in the 3rd minute, when Gabriel Jesus ran his way into Arsenal’s 18 yard with his pass getting to Kevin De Bruyne who slotted the ball into an empty net.
Raheem Sterling doubled the lead for the Citizens in the 15th minute via a quick counter attack from Phil Foden to De Bruyne–who directed a pass from the left corner to Sterling.
The English attack finished off in style to put City 2-0 up.
City ran away with the victory just five minutes before half time.
De Bruyne getting his second and City’s third of the night as Foden set him up nicely to find the left corner of the net nicely with a left footed curler.
Arsenal has now managed just a win in their last 12 games, while City go four points within touch of second placed Leicester City.
