Following news that French league one has been cancelled, Laliga President, Javier Tebas has echoed his displeasure at the decision.

I do not understand why there would be more danger in playing football behind closed doors, with all precautionary measures, than working on an assembly line, being on a fishing boat on the high seas, etc.
If important economic sectors cannot restart, in a safe and controlled manner, they could end up disappearing. That could happen to professional football. – Tebas said, with quotes from SPORT.
In Germany, Bundesliga teams have resumed training, and the Italian Seria A are billed to join in soon. Tebas believes those are the examples to follow, not the French or Dutch way (who cancelled their seasons).
In other countries teams are already training, that’s the example to follow. In Spain, football is an important economic driver that we need to reactivate like many others. We continue to focus on this reactivation, in a responsible manner and adhering to health recommendations, as soon as possible.
Spain’s prime minister, Pedro Sanchez declared that athletes will be allowed to return to individual trainings from May 4. Hence, the Spanish Laliga is currently expected to also resume the 2019/2020 season sooner than later.
