Since Diego Simeone dug deep into Atletico’s pocket to land Jao Felix from Benfica last summer, the young and vibrant forward has been sidelined three times, with this being his second trip to the injury table this year.
Simeone will be gnashing his teeth for losing Felix when the league is about to restart, as his side continues to fight for a Champions League berth— seeing that his side is wallowing in sixth position on log.
Atletico Madrid have pending league games against the likes of Laliga leaders Barcelona, Getafe and Real Sociedad, while they also await the restart of UEFA Champions League, where they managed to oust defending champions, Liverpool in their round of 16 clash in March.
