Former Ekiti state Governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose on Tuesday stated that he warned Nigerians not to vote President Buhari in 2015 even after he was elected into power.
This came as DSS officials took over the National Assembly, preventing lawmakers from having access into the National Assembly.
Fayose described the act as a “Shameful display of tyranny at the National Assembly” as masked DSS officers took over the inner entry gate refusing everybody entry.
All entry gates to the National Assembly were blocked by the men of the DSS. Neither journalists nor staff of the national assembly were allowed entry.
“Shameful display of tyranny at the NASS. At this point, we can only pray to God to save democracy in our country from the hands of these tyrants. But I warned! I warned those who brought Buhari in 2015 and I kept warning even after he was elected,” Fayose wrote on his twitter official handle.
