Barcelona manager, Quique Setien, has declared that his star man, Lionel Messi, is perfectly fine, despite dropping out of training due to injury.

On Friday, Barcelona revealed that their Argentine captain has a minor right quadriceps injury and trained in isolation, raising fears amongst fans with Laliga returning this weekend.
However, the Catalan side’s Head Coach, has quailed such fears by assuring that Messi’s injury is a minor knock, in an interview with Movistar.
“Leo has a cramp that’s not hugely significant. I think he’s perfectly fine and he won’t have any problems.
It’s the same for any other player. We’ll see how the league goes and what circumstances come up.
We have lots of games and a small squad. I always want to have Messi on the pitch, of course.”
In the Press Release by Barcelona, it was stated that Lionel Messi will be returning to fitness in few days.
Nevertheless, Laliga Santander will be resuming play on Thursday, 11th June. And league leaders, Barcelona, will most likely visit Mallorca without Messi if he doesn’t join group training by Thursday.
