Not only has the pandemic kept us all at home it has brought out the creative spirit in some of us, as Nigerian man creates face cap combined with a nose mask.
Wearing a face mask is part of the PPE gear required to be worn by individuals and medical personnel to protect against the coronavirus which can be spread through coughing or inhaling droplets.
In recent weeks a lot of people have gone from the N95 surgical mask, to regular face masks made from all sorts of materials.
This could partly be blamed on the fact that there is a shortage of the authorised face mask around the country.
This is now a trend for many Nigerians who been seen in public and on social media with various designs, fabric and colours; Some taking a leap of fate with beads and soft wooden masks.
Also some Government Officials have also been seen spotted wearing face masks designed using the Ankara fabric.
A Nigerian man has created yet another unique piece to add to the growing collection of face masks; In his own way he has combined a face cap and a face mask which looks like an all-in-one.
The fact remains that health officials and doctors have stressed that the Ankara fabric is not likely to stop the spread of the virus as the droplets can remain on the fabric for a long time.
Looking forward to the next Innovative face mask to rival this combined feature of a face cap-face mask.
