Popular OAP, TV and Radio sportscaster, Chuma Nnoli has revealed that he is leaving Port Harcourt city for Lagos in search of a better career growth.
Chuma, who works with Cool FM, Nigeria Info and Wazobia FM disclosed this on his official twitter handle on Thursday morning.
The sportscaster, who has been in Port Harcourt for over six years stated that he’s leaving the Oil rich state for Lagos in search of a new challenge and growth.
He took to his official twitter handle to say;
“OFF TO LAGOS..THANK YOU PH.
In December 2012, I moved to Port Harcourt joining the #CoolWazobiaInfo brand after spending about Six years and eight months (from my teenage days) with CRBC Radio/TV, Calabar. I needed a new challenge and growth then.”
“Now, after Six years and seven months in Port Harcourt (with the pleasure of being MC for a few of the biggest events in the city), I’m off to Lagos with the same #CoolWazobiaInfo brand. I’m grateful for all the love and support over the years.
It could be recalled that Ufuoma Egbamuno, News Editor with Nigeria Info FM and Paterson, Head of Music and Content Curation at Cool and Wazobia FM also left the City for Lagos.
The big question now is, why does Lagos always have to take the best ones here in PH.
A lot of music artists have left and others are alsing leave the city for LAGOS…. What is it about Lagos that Port Harcourt City lack? Why can’t people make it here in the Garden City?
