Reports from a major Madridista outlet suggest that Real Madrid have “ruled out” signing Chelsea star man, Eden Hazard.
The Champions League masters have been put off by Chelsea’s asking price and are set to give Isco an even larger role
According to Diario AS, the new Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui is ready to give Isco a more prominent role in the side and is unwilling to spend £200 million to secure a deal for Eden Hazard, (Cristiano Ronaldo leaving will necessitate it, to be sure).
That also fits with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez’s recently declared, distinctly non-galactico direction for the club, too, with a brand new emphasis on youth and the stars of tomorrow (such as Vinícius Jr).

Eden Hazard is neither young (in football terms) nor a star of tomorrow. He’s in his prime and a star of today.
Now the Blues just need him to sign his new Chelsea contract, to make him the highest paid player in Chelsea history, while possibly giving him the captain’s armband as Legendary status awaits him at Stamford Bridge.
