Reguilon joins forces with Jose Mourinho, after spending last season on loan with Europa League champions, Sevilla.
Real Madrid retains a buy-back clause on their academy product, which will afford them the opportunity to resign Reguilon after two years, for €45 million.
The Spanish Laliga champions thanked Reguilon for his commitment, Professionalism and exemplary behavior in their farewell message to the 23-year-old.
Minutes after Reguilon was made official, the confirmation of his team mate, Gareth Bale, was also announced.
The Welshman returns to the North London side, on a season long loan worth £20m, after leaving for Real Madrid in 2013.
However, he will be unable to feature in Mourinho’s team for at least a month, due to an injury he picked while on international duty.
