Electricity Employees’ protest disrupted power supply in Rivers, other states – PHED
The Management of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) says the ongoing picketing of it's offices has disrupted the activities of PHED in Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Bayelsa and Rivers states.
