A man identified as @DrOlufunmilayo has shared an important fact on the quantity of toothpaste required to brush our teeth, stating that the use of a thick layer of toothpaste across our toothbrush is the wrong way to use toothpaste and likewise is a totally waste of money, time and its terrible for our teeth.
In his tweets he stated that toothpaste Companies deliberately advertise a thick layer of toothpaste on their brush, to deceive their audience, cause if the users do same the paste tend to finish fast and thereby making the end users spend more by buying another.
He further added that the consumer only requires a smaller quantity of paste to brush their teeth, a size as small as a groundnut sized amount, will do the job rather than the scam size been advertised on television.
@DrOlufunmilayo also shows what amount of toothpaste is required for little children and the quantity a child needs to get his or her teeth clean, for a large amount of toothpaste for children makes them prone to teeth abnormalities like Dental Flourosis.

Finally, @ODrOlufumilayo, advised that it’s important to note that any toothpaste that has fluoride of at least 1350ppm, should never be used in a large amount across a whole toothbrush.
