The incident occurred around 9pm on Monday as 10 suspected pirates stormed the community and opened fire on a crowd of natives.
It was gathered that they also invaded Ogbia town, another community in Ogbia LGA, on Tuesday, abducting one Mrs. Augusta Apaga.

He further noted that the injured were receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital as a result of stray bullets that hit them.
