The Academic Staff Union of Universities has urged all 300L, 400L, and final year to keep being studious while at home.
The Union stated this on Friday on its official twitter account, adding that students should not just relax at home but go back to their books and start reading.
According to ASUU, all Universities under the union might likely commence examinations immediately their strike is called off.
Recall that the Union had demanded N110 billion from federal government for revitalisation which should be paid in tranches and had been on strike since April.
The Union wrote on its twitter page saying;
“We urge all 300L, 400l, and final year students to keep being studious while at home. Don’t just relax, go back to your books start reading because, when school resume, it’s most likely that, exams might commence immediately.”

Meanwhile, the Federal Government on Friday, made new offer to ASUU in a bid to ensure that all the workers both teaching and non teaching staff go back to work.
Cumulatively, the government, through the Accountant – General of the Federation, offered the lectures N65 billion to call off their eight – month old strike.
