Onyinye Wilfred Ndidi, who plays for Premier League club, Leicester City has stated that the Super Eagles of Nigeria are prepared to give in their all when they face Iceland at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
This came as the Eagles lost their opening game to Croatia last week Saturday, they were defeated 2-0 and have faced a lot of criticism from Nigerians.
The 22-year-old noted that even though the Eagles are players, they are also Nigerians, adding that the lose against Croatia is now behind them as they set to battle Iceland.
As disclosed on the official twitter account of the Super Eagles, the midfielder said;
“Even though we are players, we are also Nigerians. The loss is behind us, we die there in the next game.”
