The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) says it discovered an ostensibly syndicated group on the prowl to swindle unsuspecting members of the public, particularly millions of Nigerian telecom consumers, by capitalizing on David Adedeji Adeleke, better known as Davido, while conducting online social listening.
