The Rivers State Government has officially informed its citizens, who are interested in joining the Nigerian Army that the recruitment exercise is now ongoing.
Rivers indigenes who are interested in joining the Military now have the opportunity to join the Army 84 Regular Intake for Trades/Non-Tradesmen and women.
According to a statement released by the Permanent Secretary to the State Government – Dr. George C. Nwaeke, the application is free of charge.
The Permanent Secretary further revealed that the application age gap is 18 to 22 years for non-tradesmen/tradeswomen and tradesmen/tradeswomen must not be more than 26 years by 31st december, 2022.
The full statement reads;
“This is to inform all young Rivers State indigenes who are interested in joining the Nigerian Army that opportunities are open to join the Army 84 Regular Intake for Trades/Non-Tradesmen and women.

Furthermore, all LGA Chairmen and other stakeholders in the state are please requested to sensitize and mobilise their constituents and direct their LGA representatives to assist interested applicants in the form filling processes.
