What is DStv online?

It is a free online streaming service for all DStv customers. All of the content available on your decoder is also available on the DStv App for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs. To register, go to now.dstv.com.

How to sign up for DStv online

1. Visit now.dstv.com and select the Sign Up option.

2. Enter your email address, phone number, and a secure password.

3. Select Create an Account from the drop-down menu.

4. Connect your DStv account to the DStv online streaming service next.

5. Enter the ID number of the DStv account holder, your DStv smartcard number, or your DStv customer number. Any will suffice.

6. You’ll get a confirmation email once you’ve linked DStv online to your DStv account.

7. You’ve completed your DStv online registration.

How to watch DStv on your phone

1. Get the DStv App for your phone (Android / Apple) (or tablet).

2. Sign in with the email address and password you used to register for DStv online.

3. Select either Live (to view your package’s TV channels) or Catch Up (to view the most recent episodes of shows you’re watching).

4. Begin to watch!

How to watch DStv channels on your phone

1. Open the DStv App and navigate to Live.

2. Find your favourite channels, such as Supersports, African Magic by scrolling down.
