On Saturday, September 12, 2026, Dr Andrew A. Igwe Care Foundation don pay scholarship money to 156 old and new beneficiaries, so dem fit settle school fees, tuition and other school matters.
This payment come after the Foundation finish the 2026 scholarship exam wey happen for August.
Dr Andrew A. Igwe Care Foundation Don Support 156 Students
This year scholarship payment cover 156 students altogether. Among dem na 115 secondary school students, 55 tertiary students and one master’s degree student.
The programme happen for Assemblies of God Church Auditorium for Akabuka. Dem start the event with praise and worship before Rev. Cookey-Gam give the students short sermon.
Rev. Cookey-Gam tell the students make dem no joke with their education. E also encourage dem make God remain the centre of everything wey dem dey do for life.
After the sermon, the Director of Administration, Dr Elechee Owhoeke, tell both parents and students make dem use the money well and make sure say e go for things wey concern their education.
The message clear: the financial support na to help the students move their education forward, so everybody suppose handle the money with sense.

The CEO and Founder of the Foundation, Dr Andrew Igwe, also use the opportunity to talk to the beneficiaries about choices wey fit make or spoil their future.
Dr Igwe tell the students make dem run from cultism and other social vices wey fit disturb their education, block their progress and put their future for serious trouble.
But the Foundation boss still get better news for students wey dey ready to push themselves.
Dr Igwe remind the beneficiaries say any student wey graduate with distinction still get chance to collect automatic master’s degree scholarship from the Foundation.
For the tertiary students, Dr Igwe also sit down with dem for special mentorship session.
During the session, e encourage dem make dem no only focus on school. E tell dem make dem look for opportunities wey fit help dem grow for career, business and personal development.
E also assure dem say e go try assist whenever and wherever e fit.
The parents, guardians and students appreciate the Foundation as dem thank Dr Igwe for the kind gesture and the support wey e don dey give young people for more than 17 years.
