In a glittering ceremony held at the Aztec Arcum Port Harcourt, the 19th Edition of the Miss Niger Delta Peace Cultural Pageant, 2023, crowned a new queen, Miss Phinima from Rivers State, in an event that showcased the beauty, culture, and talent of the Niger Delta.

The prestigious occasion was graced by the Honourable Commissioner for Youth Development, Hon. Chisom Kenneth Gbali (PhD), representing the esteemed Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara.

This remarkable pageant, organized by Prince Sodin Akiagba, not only celebrated the grace and charm of young ladies but also highlighted the importance of harnessing their skills and talents to become valuable assets to their communities, a core focus of the administration.
