The Rivers State Ministry of Education announces to parents, guardians, school operators, and the general public that the timetable for the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) has been officially released.

The BECE will take place from Tuesday, July 2nd, to Thursday, July 11th, 2024, across all public and private schools in Rivers State,  Hitvibz reports.

Schools in the state are advised to prepare their students accordingly for the examination.

Hitvibz understands that, in support of students, the state government has covered all examination fees.

 

Therefore, any principal or teacher found extorting money from students will face strict consequences.

This was confirmed in a statement signed by Mrs. Ebere Dorothy Dennis-Emenike, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education.

Parents are to take note that the examination will proceed as scheduled, even if it coincides with a public holiday.

5. Monday July 8th

6. Tuesday July 9th
– Basic Technology 9:00am-11:00am
– Cultural And Creative Arts 12:00pm-2:00pm

7. Wednesday July 10th
