Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has approved the reappointment of Engr. Chukwuemeka Woke as the Chief of Staff, Government House, Port Harcourt.
Recall that the Governor disbanded the State Executive Council on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, and relieved the Governor’s Chief of Staff and Senior Special Assistant (Protocol) of their duties.
Meanwhile, on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 12 p.m., the Rivers state governor is expected to swear in three Commissioners-Designate in the Executive Council Chamber of Government House.
Kelvin Ebiri, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Media, confirmed this in a statement.
Those to be sworn in include:
1. Prof. Zacchaeus Adangor, SAN
2. Hon Isaac Kamalu
3. Dr. George-Kelly, Dakorinama Alabo.
The statement reads;
“Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike will on Friday, 10th June, 2022, swear-in three Commissioners-Designate at the Executive Council Chamber of Government House, Port Harcourt by 12pm. They are: Prof. Zacchaeus Adangor, Hon Isaac Kamalu, Dr. George-Kelly, and Dakorinama Alabo.”
