Mrs Nonye Josephine Ezeanyaeche, the 102-year-old founder of the Voice for Senior Citizens of Nigeria, has expressed her preparedness to run for presidency in 2023.
Mrs Josephine expressed her desire to occupy Aso Rock in 2023 in a move to challenge young Nigerians if they do not take the necessary action.
She said this during a meeting with the Nigerian Television Authority’s executives.
Caro Nwosu, the group’s president, quoted Ezeanyaeche as saying:
“If Nigerians are shying away from political participation, she says she is ready to contest. She has already prepared a manifesto for herself; she has the vision. If the good ones don’t come out to contest.”
