Sequel to the decision of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to cancel the national/general cut-off marks, some universities in Rivers state have released their cut-off marks for the 2021/2022 admission.

Below are the released cut off marks for Universities in the State.

According to information gathered by Hitvibz from various tertiary institutions in the state, the cut off mark for Rivers State University and University of Port Harcourt is 160 and 150 respectively.

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education is 140

Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic is 120 and

Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic, Rumuola is 150.

The JAMB‘s decision handed tertiary institution in the country freedom to set their own cut-off marks.

However, all candidates who chose the above universities as their choice of study in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are hereby advised to check the cut-off marks to verify if they meet the requirement or not.
