The fact that prominent gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan survived a horrifying car accident has been a source of inspiration for many gospel musicians this year.
On Saturday, September 4, when the musician was traveling from Lagos to Ibadan, he was involved in a crash involving a Toyota Prado Jeep and a trailer truck.
The SUV vehicle carrying the Nigerian gospel musician and a few other people was involved in the collision on Saturday afternoon.
Hitvibz gathered from sources that no one died, and the only casualty was a crew member who suffered a minor injury.
On his Instagram page, Tim Godfrey posted information on the accident. The artist, who had also escaped death, gave thanks to God for his friend’s life.
He wrote;
“The devil has failed! What the enemy meant for evil, God has turned it around for the good of Min. Dunsin. This is a prophetic sound for this season. The Lord knows the plans and devices of the enemy; so he gave us this declaration ahead of time. Let us thank God for the life of Minister Dunsin. Truly, what the enemy meant for evil, God has turned it around for his good”.
Oyekan, who also posted about the accident on his Instagram page on Saturday, revealed that he was well despite the mishap.

Later, the musician gave a performance at a church where he was invited to serve as a minister.
