Nigerian police officers assigned to the Rivers State Police Command have reportedly given a physically challenged boy a wheelchair as gift, in a move to help him move around.
Who says the Nigerian police officers don’t have a kind heart as well?? Well, the men in uniform on Thursday donated the wheelchair to the boy, who is said to be from Omerelu in the Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
This was revealed on social media by a twitter user who also tweeted shared photos of the officers assisting the youngster to sit and use the wheelchair.
The post reads;
“Special Police team attached to Ikwerre local government area of Rivers state gifted a wheelchair to vulnerable physical challenge child in Omu-opara-oga Omerelu community in Ikwerre local government area. May God almighty replenish this Police men for this act of generosity.“
