The expatriate who was kidnapped along the Emohua-Kalabari Road in Rivers state about two weeks ago has regained his freedom.
The Chairman of Akuku-Toru Local Government Area, Roland Sekibo, made this known after a security meeting with the chairmen of Degema, Asari Toru, and Emohua Local Government Areas.
This came few days after four local government council areas in the State agreed to setup joint security outfit to assist the security agencies in combating crimes in their domain.
Recall that gunmen whisked away the Lubrik Construction Company (LCC) expatriate while he was working on the construction of the Trans-Kalabari Road.
