“Peru” crooner, Fireboy has been inducted into Boomplay’s Golden Club after attaining 100 million streams on the music platform.
The Nigerian superstar, has made it to Boomplay’s Golden Club, joining a few other Nigerian artists who have surpassed 100 million streams on the platform.
‘Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps’ is still his most-streamed body of work, with over 58 million streams.
This is the artist’s debut album, which was released in 2019, and it is widely regarded as the work that propelled him to the level of fame he presently enjoys.
His most recent track, ‘Peru,’ has surpassed all of his earlier songs with 14.9 million streams. “Peru” is his most-streamed song at the moment.
Fireboy’s sophomore album, ‘Apollo,’ was released in 2020 and produced instant successes including ‘Champion‘ and ‘Tattoo.’
It has also garnered over 57 million streams on Boomplay, propelling him into the Golden Club.
