Bola Ahmed Tinubu has encouraged Nigerians to put aside any rumors they may have heard regarding his health, emphasizing that he is quite robust and ready to work.I am very strong and ready to work - Tinubu after his return

After a month-long journey to Paris, the president-elect arrived back in Abuja on Monday.

The APC leader proclaimed that he came back energized, resilient, and prepared for the challenge at hand.

In a statement released on Monday, Mr. Tunde Rahman, one of his media assistants, quoted Tinubu as saying:

I am ready for the task ahead. I have rested; I am refreshed, and I am ready for the task ahead. Forget about what the rumor mill may have told you. Iā€™m strong; very strong.ā€™ā€™

Regarding his intentions for the nation, he stated that he had been strategizing and consulting in order to assemble a solid team so he could get started right away after taking office on May 29.

Bola Tinubu flew back to Nigeria in his personal aircraft with his wife, Oluremi, and son, Seyi.

Hitvibz understands that a sizable group of ecstatic friends and fans warmly received the couple at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.

Others were Malam Nuhu Ribadu, a former chairman of the EFCC; Sen. Ali Modu Sheriff; the governor of Borno; Gov. Abubakar Sani-Bello; and others.

I am extremely excited to be back home and deeply humbled by the warm welcome I received on my return to Abuja today. Thank you all for your love and support. Our promise to deliver a nation of Renewed Hope for all Nigerians remains in motion.” – he wrote on his twitter page.

Recall that after a frenetic campaign and election period, Tinubu, the president-elect, left Nigeria on March 21 for a holiday in France.
