One Kinika Eke in Ozuoba, Obio Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers state has been accused of defiling a fellow church member’s daughter.

According to reports, the 24-year-old man was detained at the Ozuoba Divisional Police Headquarters and is now undergoing further investigation at the State Criminal and Intelligence Department (SCID) over the heartbreaking act on the church member’s daughter.

According to the mother of the 4-year-old child, they took the suspect as their brother because they attend the same church.

She claimed that her family helped him financially and that they often left their room with the infant in his care since they trusted him.

She added that when she returned home last week, her daughter was in excruciating pain and was stroking her private parts.

She claimed that when she interrogated her daughter, she revealed that the suspect allegedly messed with her private area, which a medical examination confirmed.

Meanwhile, the victim’s mother has filed a petition to the state, demanding for justice for her daughter.
