A terrible accident occurred in Choba axis of the East West road, Port Harcourt after a traffic offender rammed into two shops in an attempt to escape police chase.
The owner of one of the affected shops stated that the police chased down the driver for driving against traffic.
He said the police took off after the accident and the driver also disappeared leaving the affected shop owners with damaged shops.
