The decomposed body of the traditional ruler kidnapped in Luuwa Community, Khana Local Government Area, of Rivers state has been discovered.
Hitvibz gathered that the body of Chief Robert Loolo was found and exhumed from a shallow grave in a creek by the Nigerian police on Monday.
Late Chief Loolo was reportedly kidnapped in June 2019, at his palace at about 8:50 pm.
The Divisional Police Officer in charge of the Bori Division, SP Bako Angbashim, led a team to a creek linking Luuwa, Bera, and Bani Communities where the body was exhumed.
According to SP Angbashim, the discovery followed a thorough investigation and random search in various forests within the area.
