“I have already begun preparing the 2025 budget, which will prioritise education, healthcare, and agriculture,” he emphasised.

This focus on these three pillars ensures that, while infrastructure development continues, providing quality healthcare remains a top priority.

We need to go to good health facilities owned by the government and get standard healthcare services,” he said.

Governor Fubara recognises the importance of quality education, ensuring that children have access to well-maintained public schools.

He envisions a future where “even if we cannot afford private hospitals, public facilities offer the same level of service with qualified professionals.”

According to the governor, investing in agriculture is another key strategy to address unemployment in the state.

He noted that by engaging youths in agricultural pursuits, his administration aims to reduce crime and create a more secure and prosperous Rivers State.
