Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo, former Minister of Sports in Nigeria and SSG for Rivers State, praised Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on Monday as a man with the foresight and unshakable dedication to rescue the country from the ravages of insecurity and a damaged economy.

Governor Wike is a leader whose huge accomplishments are obvious to all, according to Dr. Danagogo, who spoke in Port Harcourt following Governor Wike’s intention to run for President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“Governor Wike has unwavering commitment to the development of Nigeria, and he will serve the nation with courage, commitment and the fear of God,” he said.

Danagogo added that;

“Governor Wike has the midas torch to rescue Nigeria from the problems bedeviling the nation. He genuinely loves Nigeria and will be a courageous, proactive, pragmatic and strategic leader. As President, I know that he will faithfully implement programs and policies that will stem the ravaging insecurity and transform Nigeria. He has done it in Rivers State. He did it in the Federal Ministry of Education. He can do it at the Presidency” he said.

Danagogo asked Nigerians and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to rally behind the Governor’s desire for Nigeria to reclaim her rightful place in the international community.
