God forbid Wike becomes PDP’s Presidential candidate – Nigerians 

Many Nigerians are criticising Rivers state governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike after he indicated interest to run for office of the President of Nigeria under the Peoples Democratic Party platform (PDP).

Governor Wike announced his intentions in a meeting with PDP stakeholders on Sunday in Makurdi, Benue state, where he stated that addressing the country’s growing insecurity and preserving the rule of law will be his top priority.

Many Nigerians, however, are not pleased with his decision, and they took to social media to slam the governor, saying that God forbid he becomes the PDP’s presidential candidate.

Wike, who was in Benue soliciting for delegates ahead of the PDP’s presidential primary, said he had all he needs to defeat the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The governor also attacked several PDP presidential candidates who have shown interest in running for the party’s presidential ticket in 2023, accusing them of being the main reason for the party’s defeat to the APC in 2015.

Well, he’s now under the same fire, as many Nigerians are saying ……

God forbid that Wike becomes the PDP’s Presidential candidate.
