SP Nnamdi Omoni made this known to journalists while updating the public on what the Police are doing to arrest the wanted OSPAC commander in Elele, who was identified in the disappearance of a 17-year-old boy, Chibuke Victor.

SP Omoni said police cannot conclude that Master Victor is dead because the main suspect involved in the sudden disappearance of the boy from the OSPAC detention camp has not been arrested.

He noted that since Victor was supposedly handed over to him by security guards at his school, only the OSPAC commander can confirm his whereabouts.

SP Omoni stressed that all those arrested in connection with the case have acknowledged that the boy was handed over to the ‘OSPAC commander.’

He urged the public to always supply them with important information about OSPAC’s actions, because the police cannot act without it.

According to Omoni, the local vigilante group, will now be supervised by the police.
