Nyesom Wike, the Governor of Rivers State, has announced the establishment of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff at Government House in Port Harcourt.
According to the governor, the new Deputy will be in charge of Logistics, Governor’s Correspondence, and Legal Matters.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Special Assistant on Media to the State Governor, Kelvin Ebiri on Monday.
The statement reads;
“To ensure activities are functioning efficiently and effectively, the Governor of Rivers State has announced the creation of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Port Harcourt. He will be in charge of the Logistics, Correspondence of the Governor and Legal Matters.
The Governor also confirmed the creation of the Office of the Special Adviser on Aviation.
“Similarly, he has also announced the creation of the Office of the Special Adviser on Aviation,” the statement further reads.
