Convicted serial killer, Gracious David West, is said to have appealed his death sentence.
His lawyer, Christian Chuku says he has filed an appeal at the Port Harcourt division of the Appeal Court to challenge the judgement which found David West guilty of murder and attempted murder and sentenced him to death by hanging in 2020.
West was convicted of the murder of several young women and attempted murder of another woman identified as Benita Etim in October last year.
